WE ARE IN 2015 AND WE ARE STILL GRIEVING!

TAKE A LOOK AT QPTV’S AWARD WINNING PROGRAM AND SEE HOW ISSUES ON GUN VIOLENCE IN THE “2013” PROGRAM REMAIN THE SAME IN “2015”

“Still Grieving” is a program dedicated to the cause of raising awareness of “black to black” gun violence in Southeast Queens. The issue of gun violence has been a significant problem in Southeast Queens for many years and has left many grieving the loss of family members and friends. In this program, you will hear from Shenee Johnson and Dionne Gordon as they tell the tragic stories of their loved ones Kedrick Ali Morrow, Jr. (Shenee’s son) and Maurice Gordon (Dionne’s brother), who were both murdered in 2010 as a result of gun violence.
You will also hear from Minister Abdul H. Muhammad from Mosque No. 7 and Congressman Gregory W. Meeks, who offer insight and solutions to the persistent problem.
Tune in to this original program, “QPTV Presents Queens Perspectives and A Clip in Time: Still Grieving.”
